In my early 20s, I was deep in the “dark night of the soul.” Depression. Repressed pain. Physical health issues. That journey led me to discover health, paleo, breathwork, and eventually, transformation.

I started as a performer—doing just enough to get by, driven more by unconscious patterns than intentional power. But something inside told me there was more. I began to commit to growth, to learning, to waking up.

🚀 From Performer to Peak Performer

Then came the next evolution: high performance.

This is where you begin mastering your mindset, habits, and awareness. You show up with intention. You know your limiting beliefs, you work on your wounds, and you push yourself to be your best.

But even here, many get stuck. Why?

Because high performance is still focused on "How can I be my best?"

You begin to realize:
