Understanding The 4 Stages of Creation

Then it is time to understand where you are in the Cycle of Creation!

One day I was taking notes on a book and a light bulb moment happened. 

All of a sudden the "Cycle of Creation" appeared...

Inspired by both the Flow Cycle (struggle, release, flow, recovery) and the Seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).

The Cycle of Creation goes like this:

1. Clarity

2. Commitment

3. Action

4. Reflection

Think about 3 areas in life where you are striving to reach a goal, adopt a new way of being, or level up.

Now reflect on where you are in each one of those stages.

Are you in need of more clarity?

Do you know where you are headed but do not have enough commitment to get started?

Are you clear about what you need to do and motivated, and now it is simply taking action?

Or are you in a reflection phase? It is time to slow down and reflect on all your progress and get clear about where you are headed next?

Almost everything comes down to awareness and practice. 

Now that you have the awareness of where you are in the Cycle of Creation it is time to take action!
