And I'm going to share this story before and after manifesting my dream home from the last episode and end up all the way to the point where I was looking at this very building that I'm sitting in right now and I realized, whoa, I did it. I just manifested another dream in my life and it turned out even better than I could have ever imagined by myself.
Now, manifestation is a popular topic. And something that, at least I know for myself, the more analytical part, it's easy to dismiss as woo woo. But as an alchemist, it makes perfect sense, because we must acknowledge the first hermetic principle, and that is that the universe is of one mind. And the Kabbalion says that the universe is mental.
So that's really to say everything is in of the mind of God. So if the universe is mental and we are in and part of it and connected to this infinite intelligence, well, we also have the ability to become powerful co creators. This is what I'm really going to talk about today. So, let's jump right into today's story.

Today's episode, I'm going to share how my wildest dreams came true after I put them in this very dream jar.
And this is the second episode. You can find the first episode by looking up from dream jar to dream home, the alchemy and manifestation part one. So if you haven't listened to the first one, I highly recommend that you do before you listen to this one, but today we're going to jump right into it. And I'm going to share this story before and after manifesting my dream home from the last episode and end up all the way to the point where I was looking at this very building that I'm sitting in right now.
And I realized. Whoa, I did it. I just manifested another dream in my life and it turned out even better than I could have ever imagined by myself. This is what I'm really going to talk about today. So, let's jump right into today's story. And it started when I was living in Los Angeles. I landed my dream job up there, working for this supplement company, and we bought a house with my wife and we had a newborn on the way, and we were going on our baby moon.
Out in Hawaii, in Maui, and we're just cruising the beaches and checking out the stores, and we walked in one of the toy shops and was looking around, and there was this jar that really caught my eye. And the original one actually had a little turtle on it. Turtles are my spirit animal, and I'll share more about discovering your spirit guides in a future episode.
But it really caught my eye, and for some reason I was just really pulled to it. And this was a dream jar. So the whole idea is you take this jar, you put your dreams in it, you let it be. I just thought it was cool. It had a turtle on it. So I was attracted to it. I didn't think much of it, but I bought it, took it home.
And later when we got back home, I decided to put a dream in there. Cause that's what you do with the dream jar, right? So I wrote out having a beach house. And at the time, you know, I was in the middle of the, this job and we had, we just bought this house. It was only about a year or so of owning it. And in my mind, there was no way of this dream coming true anytime soon.
I was like, maybe a decade, we'll finally move out of LA and go get a beach house. Maybe it'd be a couple of decades, whatever, but at least I'm putting my dream into this dream jar and it's holding my dreams and it's beautiful. Well, fast forward a little bit of time, it was actually two weeks, uh, before my first born was due and my perfect, uh, job that my dream job that was actually another story of manifestation to even get that job decided to let go of its whole marketing team and completely outsource marketing.
So there we were, my wife and I. My wife was pregnant and I was with her and it was two weeks out of her being due. And we finally have the baby, you know, fast forward two weeks. And then shortly after that, when we lived in LA, we moved to South central and we had some interesting neighbors. Uh, they were honestly straight out of the movie Friday.
And I just say that because there's a lot of stories I could share, but I'll keep it simple today. I mean, we had, um, You know, we knew they weren't always up to the best things. One day, I literally drove up, and my wife was with me, uh, and we look over to the side, and we see, you know, a little house party.
Not a big deal. Whatever. We're fine with parties. But one of the guys standing in the front lawn actually had a real life anaconda around his neck. So we did, you know, a couple of looking back and forth, uh, is this real life? Yes. And I have so many other stories like that to share and long story short, they were, they were nice to us.
So I only have nice things to say, but there was a couple of times where we had a full SWAT team come, uh, with helicopters and guns pointing at our neighbors. So at the time of losing the job. It wasn't even a, a seed idea of moving out of our house. Now, by some miracle, shortly after the birth of my firstborn, the neighbors got evicted.
And as soon as that happened. My wife, the smart badass that she is, she was like, what if we sold the house? And that was such a new concept to me. It was like, we haven't even owned it for two years. Like you got to pay extra taxes and then we'll lose money. And then we're going to lose more money on top of that.
Like that doesn't sound right. But the more I kind of took a deep breath and like, let that idea settle in. It's like, Oh wow, we could sell our house. So she called up the realtor, realtor came and she was like, yeah, let's do this. And long story short, we ended up selling the house, making money on it. And I was still under two years, so yeah, maybe there's some tax difference.
But after that, we had an option. And we're like, Oh, maybe we'll move out to Austin, Texas and try some more new, or go back to San Diego where we've always been so drawn to. And we decided to go back to San Diego. And after all that went down and we had, you know, plans to sell a house and we were getting offers on it.
I just looked at this dream jar again. And I was like, Holy, I can't believe this is actually happening. And not only that, when we moved back to San Diego, we actually found this place one block from the beach. Now, it was a 400 square foot cottage. So we're literally going from a two story house, you know, with a little, with a backyard and all this stuff in Los Angeles to a 400 square foot cottage.
But we were living by the beach and this neighborhood that we moved into is walking, you know, distance to restaurants and everything else where we were very secluded at the home in Los Angeles. So we literally stepped into a whole new version of heaven that I had no idea of that I did not even think was a possibility.
And then we can fast forward going to post landing the dream home that I shared the story of in the past episode. And now fast forwarding, I can come back to the moment where I actually wrote this dream I have right here. If you're listening, I'll read it out loud. Don't worry. And I'm sure you can't read it off of there, but it says the golden life healing center And 2019 was the same year we got the house and I got really deep into Joe Dispenses meditations.
And really being the alchemist really, you know, stepping into the manifestation process. And this was the big manifestation after we had the house. It was the golden life healing center. And I remember to this day, you know, doing this consistently for a large part of 2019. It wasn't until December 2019 where I was like, all right, universe.
This is it. I was out with my wife somewhere, like shopping for something, groceries or something. I was like, all right, universe, like, I'm tired of this. I just want to know, like, when is this manifestation going to happen? What am I supposed to do now? I was kind of doing some freelance marketing, but not really fulfilled.
And it didn't feel like the deeper purpose. And I was doing everything I could to manifest this healing center and just like kind of demanded from the universe, like, all right, universe, it's time. Let me know. And, I went to bed that night, and I was just about to fall asleep, and then all of a sudden, it hit me.
And I saw this vision of a logo that said, Meditation and Manifestation Supply Store. Down to this very symbol, this prism, I have on my shirt, was in the middle, with the and in between. And I was like, whoa. So I had to jump out of bed, I drew this out in my sketchbook, and I was like, alright, let's try it.
And shortly after that, I saw there was this retail space open in our neighborhood right by this organic co op that was vegetarian based and had all the best products out there. And there was this little space right next door and I was like, that's the spot. That's the spot to open up the meditation and manifestation supply store.
It's been a dream of mine since I was a little kid to own my own business. To go into my own business and I decided to call up the landlord. Now, by the time things started getting moving, I finally got ahold of the landlord and we started talking. Well, it was January 2020. And after having that vision and manifesting this, and I was like, this is it.
This is the golden life healing center down to that logo appearing and just like, all right, I got the perfect spot. I got the perfect idea. The world needs more meditation. People love manifestation. It's something I'm passionate about. Let's do this. So, I sign the lease to open a brick and mortar store January 2020.
Now, not best timing. Or maybe the best timing in all of human history. Little did I know, you know, come by the time I redid the floors and the interior and got the space all ready and bought product and everything else to actually open the store, well, that was March 2020. And what happened March 2020?
Well, the whole world came to a standstill as the worldwide pandemic started. So we pushed back opening and we even have pictures of us, you know, cutting the ribbon to the launching the first day with masks around her face. And it was just a wild time. Now I can say. You know, I went for the dream. It was a dream my whole life to open my own business, and it felt like total alignment.
The Golden Life Healing Center, manifestation, all coming together, got the place, worldwide pandemic, outside of my control, and to fast forward, I ended up getting out of the store after about a year and a half. I just wasn't hitting the numbers and I just never got the momentum during the worldwide pandemic where I had to be closed half the time.
And it caused me to end up where I am today. Now what's interesting is around that same time of signing the lease and everything else, we decided to build an ADU on top of our garage. And this was an idea that kind of was planted, uh, Um, you know, by my mom and she was looking for a GMO house, a place that she could stay.
She was thinking about trying to find a place in San Diego, but she decided, or we all kind of came up with the idea. Why don't we just build on top of this garage and we'll have an ADU and a place for her. And fast forward to a couple of years ago, I was standing outside looking at this ADU On top of the garage, the very space I'm sitting in right now.
And I realized this is the Golden Life Healing Center. Because the meditation store was a beautiful little space. It was small, but it had a side room, but it didn't have its own bathrooms. And it just didn't have the opportunity to create a lot of really magical offerings. But later on, you know, having to go through that dream, going for it, getting crushed by external circumstances, and then having that crush my own ego in the process to end up.
But taking people through the alchemical journey and creating, cultivating a one to one experience to help them turn their traumas into soul gold, and having them stay in the Golden Life Healing Center, aka this space right here, I realized that the manifestation came true. But it was even better than I could have imagined.
And this distinction really hit me, and it settled in more and more. Because I thought, originally, I did it. You know, I'm manifesting the Golden Life Healing Center and it's going to be this store and tried to do things at the store and it just wasn't quite it. But that moment, standing back in the, you know, standing down in the backyard and looking at this ADU and realizing that that was the Golden Life Healing Center.
Right? Take people through the golden life experience. I understood that that was a co creation and this is a key distinction I want to leave you with because there's so many people talking about manifestation and law of attraction and all these fun things. And so many people get caught up in I'm manifesting, you know, not even I am just, I'm manifesting kind of like the little personality self.
Verse, co creation and co creation is giving opportunity to work with the infinite intelligence of the universe to work alongside you. And not only that, give you an opportunity to surprise you because that's what it did for me. When I realized I just get to have a center out of my backyard and this is everything and more than I could have imagined, it really hit me hard.
Still, to this day, the immense amount of gratitude I have for allowing the universe to kind of teach me this opportunity to let it do its magic. So the invitation for you is how can you start to reframe things through the lens of co creation, not just I'm manifesting. But co creation, and that is working alongside with infinite intelligence, with the source of creation.
As well as your higher self for the good of all. And when you do that, you give the universe an opportunity to serve you more magic, more beauty, more possibility than your limited potential. So, in a future episode, we will go deeper into the alchemical process of manifestation and how it's tied in with all the elements, but I just want to leave you with a key part of the co creation process.
And that is to have a clear view of that vision, just like we talked about in the last episode, right? The head, and then draw it in with the heart and then knock it, knock down the door with your own two hands. But on top of that, after you go through that process to fully surrender it to the universe so that it has an opportunity to serve you with even more magic than you can imagine.
